• Contact / quote form: name, email, phone number, county, property type, and any message you choose to send.
• Newsletter: email address only.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) used solely for security and abuse prevention.

• To send the journal you've subscribed to (newsletter only).
• To keep records of communication for our legitimate business interests.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver email and Supabase (supabase.com) for secure data hosting in the EU. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and may not use your data for any other purpose.

• Quote requests: up to 24 months from last contact.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: 30 days.
