By using this website (enviroteck.ie) or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Enviroteck, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, Ireland.

Quote requests submitted through the website are not binding contracts. A formal quotation will be provided after an on-site survey. Surveys are typically free of charge for properties within our Leinster service area, but this is at our discretion.

Where applicable, our boron treatments are backed by a 10-year written guarantee against re-infestation, subject to the original treatment certificate and reasonable maintenance of the property. Full guarantee terms are issued with each completed job.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of completion. Late payments may incur statutory interest under Irish law.

We carry full public liability insurance. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from undisclosed hidden defects, latent damp, or works carried out by other parties.

All photos, text and branding on this site are the property of Enviroteck or used with permission. You may not reproduce them without our written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
